Warm Springs Mesa Neighborhood Guide

Warm Springs Mesa rises above Boise on the edge of the foothills, offering residents sweeping views of the city and valley from one of the quieter corners of the metro. The neighborhood is perhaps best known for two things: its geothermal heating system, a legacy infrastructure that pipes naturally heated water directly into homes, and its immediate access to the trail networks that connect to Table Rock and the Military Reserve. Housing ranges from well-kept mid-century ranches to newer builds, and the proximity to downtown Boise is closer than the elevation might suggest. Life here tilts decidedly outdoors, with trail access essentially from the doorstep, though the wind and the occasional rattlesnake are part of the honest trade-off for all that open space and elevation.
