👍Move here for: Walkable Montgomery Road, tree-lined blocks, cardigan to brewery ratio that's honestly impressive for such a small neighborhood

👎The downsides are: Montgomery Road crawl at rush when it backs up for miles, sirens from the fire station that never sleeps, and bungalows need quirky repairs because nothing's been updated since 1950 and the electrical is terrifying
