Ormewood Park Neighborhood Guide

Ormewood Park is a residential neighborhood on Atlanta's southeast side that has quietly become a landing spot for young families priced out of neighboring Grant Park, trading a little polish for more space, bigger yards, and a genuine front-porch culture. Bounded by I-20 to the north and Moreland Avenue to the west, the neighborhood sits close enough to East Atlanta Village and Grant Park to feel connected to the city's inner-ring energy without being consumed by it. Life here tends to center on the small stuff: coffee on Glenwood Avenue, kids and dogs in the park the neighborhood is named for, and gardens that actually get tended. It has the bones of a classic intown Atlanta neighborhood and enough rough edges to keep it affordable and unpretentious.
