Oak Park is one of those Biloxi neighborhoods that rewards people who want proximity to downtown without actually living in it. Tucked between the Back Bay to the north and Division Street to the south, the area is characterized by older brick ranch homes set on real lots with mature trees, the kind of shaded residential blocks that have largely disappeared from more developed parts of the city.
