North Meadows Neighborhood Guide

North Meadows occupies a wide stretch of Hartford's northern edge, bounded by the Connecticut River to the east, Windsor to the north, Windsor Street to the west, and I-84 to the south. Riverside Park offers a quieter counterpoint, with access to the Connecticut River that feels genuinely removed from the surrounding commercial bustle.
