Milligan Highway Neighborhood Guide

Where JC Really Lives

🧭Generally defined as the area: Toward Elizabethton, past Tweetsie Trail and the other side of the old Erwin Highway, reaching to Carter County on one end and the King Springs neighborhood on the other.

📌Best known for: Ready access to the Elizabethton Highway and I-26, and everything you need nearby, including Food City, Walgreens, cheap pizza, fast food, and more than a few dollar stores.

👕You'll fit in if: You value affordability and quick JC access but like being away from the city center.

👍Locals live here because: Everything is convenient, rent is affordable, and you only have to leave the area for medical appointments.

👎Don't say we didn't warn you about: More traffic than you can imagine on South Roan and University Parkway.

The general vibe is: Quiet and private.

ETSU students, beginner families, and those seeking better rental options.
