Forest Hills map

Forest Hills Neighborhood Overview

Radnor Deer Roam, Honky-Tonks Don't.

🧭Bordered by: Tyne Boulevard and Harding Place on the north, Hillsboro Pike down to Old Hickory Boulevard on the east, Old Hickory across the south between Hillsboro and Granny White Pike, then north along Granny White past Chickering Lane back to Tyne Boulevard, skirting Radnor Lake State Park via Otter Creek Road.

📌Well known for: whisper quiet hills and deer ruled yards, lush, wooded hills, mature trees, and proximity to Radnor Lake, upscale homes, and a serene atmosphere. This is NOT a touristy area of Nashville.

👕You can spot a Forest Hills local by: muddy Range Rovers and a Radnor sunrise Instagram streak.

👍Move here for: privacy, birdsong, and a front yard the size of Kansas.

👎The downsides are: zero nightlife, lawn crews at dawn, and serious price tags.

The overall feel is: leafy, secluded, and unapologetically upscale quiet.

deer dodging CEOs and Radnor Lake romantics seeking a private enclave close to urban conveniences.
